ALEX ASHTON

I graduated in 1990 from Chelsea school of Art and Design with an Master of Arts Degree in Fine Art.
Since then I have exhibited regularly and sought to establish myself as a proffesional painter and printmaker.
My work is based on the use of colour, texture and symbol to reflect moods and reactions to situations and events. My subject matter varies from landscape to interiors.My work attempts to make sense of the world and my place in it.
